Return Policy
At Qumi Case, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Accordingly, you can request a return within 14 days from the date you received your product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following requirements:

The product must be unused, untried, and in its original condition.

Tags must not have been removed.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.
For return requests, please contact us at support.center@casequmi.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. Returns sent without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following types of items:

Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
